The Restless Ruralist believes very strongly in keeping your personal information confidential.  The following policy describes what information is collected and how it is used and shared.

Information Collected

The Restless Ruralist collects as little information as possible from users posting comments, such as a name (either real or alias,) personal website, and e-mail address.

Cookies are used to uniquely identify users for the purpose of log files and posting comments.  No personal information is stored in these cookies and it is simply a way to identify your computer.  You have the option to decline all Cookies.

 

With Whom Information is Shared 

None of your information will be shared with third parties.  Your name and website may be displayed if you post a comment.  Your e-mail address and privacy will always be kept secure and will never be shared.

Opting Out

If, in the future The Restless Ruralist chooses to publish a newsletter, only those whose sign up to receive said newsletter will receive it. Those who do sign up to receive the newsletter will always have the option to opt out and the option to do so will be clearly visible on the newsletter email
